Man Who Rapes People's Wives, Caught, Tied & Almost Tortured To Death In Delta,

At 2 am in Otefe-Oghara, Delta state, a young man was caught trying to break into a man's house to steal.
The man terrorized the town, robbed and raped the women in the night, according to an eyewitness.
After he had endured over-torture and beatings from the angry youth who caught him, the confessional declaration was made.
Later he was handed over to the police.
