KIM k, Miley cyrus, Lady gaga and other celeb joins in the dress debate

What colour is it? The debate raged as to whether the frock was blue and black or white and gold, with many coming up with theories as to why no decision could be made on the fabrics hues
Other celebs joins in the argument about the colour of this dress. Earlier today i posted this dress and asked you guys what colour it is, as for me i see blue and black i don't understand why others see differently READ HERE
