A Nigerian artist receives 1 million naira for a portrait of the wife of Kogi state governor Rashida Yahaya Bello.
The first lady of the state of kogi. Hahiya Rashida Bello donated the sum of 1,000,000N to an instagram artist, Named Bright Chukwu Dike. the beautiful Story started when Bright created a portrait of the governor's wife and marked it with a touching legend. This image also attracted many people who continued to tag the First Lady.
