Mother and son arrested for commiting incest

 

Hmmm what do you all think about this, should it be made legal? since they are both adults. A 45year old  North Carolina mother and her 25 year old son were arrested and charged with the crime of incest. Melissa ‘Missy’ Kitchens and her son, Shaun Thomas Pfeiffer, who is married, each face a felony charge of incest.
According to arrest documents, Melissa and Shaun committed a sexual act together in August, when both were adults.
Under North Carolina Law it is illegal for two members of the same nuclear family to have relations – irrespective of their ages. They each face up to 3 years in jail.
