Christine Baumgartner, the estranged wife of actor Kevin Costner, agreed to vacate his $145 million mansion as part of their ongoing divorce battle.

Christine Baumgartner, the estranged wife of Kevin Costner, has agreed to leave their shared mansion but has requested financial support in return.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline, Baumgartner has agreed to vacate the $145 million mansion on the condition that Costner complies with any support and fee orders issued by the court during an upcoming hearing.

She expressed concerns about leaving the home without a plan and sufficient funding, especially for the sake of their children, to avoid multiple relocations. Baumgartner emphasized the importance of stability for their children and the need for proper resources and planning to establish a stable home.

The prenuptial agreement reportedly stated that she should have left the home within 30 days of filing for divorce, and Costner was responsible for helping her relocate with a reported sum of $1 million.

However, Baumgartner has not accessed the money to preserve her ability to contest the prenup's validity.
