APC Tell Governor Makinde to Explain His Source of Wealth

After declaring his wealth barely 48 hours ago the All Progressive Party has asked the governor of Oyo state to explain to the people of Oyo the source of his wealth.



Akin Oke, the chairman of the Oyo State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in his statement, said that it was important for the governor to come forward and give a detailed explanation of how he made much money.

he also said the party leader said it would be too early to assess Makinde’s performance as governor since he has so far spent just a few weeks in office.

he further said “Going by my experience and exposure, I think it is too early to honestly assess a governor just after a few weeks in office. I would rather wait till after 100 days or even after six months".
