while going for a cooling lake swim during the couple's getaway to
Italy's romantic Lake Garda.
The
brunette beauty, 30, looked sensational in her swimwear of choice,
which allowed her to show off her slender frame as she took a dip with
her hunk American boyfriend, 41, who proved to be just as much of a
head-turner when she displayed his rippling muscles by going shirtless
