Traffic Gridlock in some parts of Lagos

Tanker drivers queuing to buy fuel at the Apapa petroleum depot are causing serious traffic gridlock in Lagos this morning as most of them are packed along the bridges leading to the Island. From Iponri to Alaka, Costain, Ojuelegba and environs, serious traffic gridlock which started since yesterday is still being experienced.

A religious concert popularly known as ‘The Experience’ is holding today at the Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS) Lagos. This is likely going to cause serious traffic in and out of Lagos Island and its environs and even on the Mainland. All G4S personnel and clients are advised to raise awareness level and also plan their movement.
