Abbey Clancy has showed off her athletic figure just three months after giving birth to second child, Liberty Rose, in a stunning new photoshoot. 

The 29-year-old flashes her toned abs in a white crop top and pants, as well as a very racy cut-out white leotard, as she graces the cover of Women's Health magazine.

Also mother to Sophia, four, Abbey talks about the changes to her body since giving birth and how she got back in shape.
