Former IGP Suleiman Abba hands over to new IGP, Arase

Former Inspector General of Police, Suleiman Abba, who was sacked on Tuesday April 21st by pres. Jonathan has handed over to the newly appointed IGP Solomon Arase at the police headquarters in Abuja on Wednesday April 22nd.
