She was spotted on wednesday afternoon ’s been making subtle changes to her appearance, but Kylie Jenner’s fondness for significantly less than age appropriate outfits was still in evidence on Wednesday afternoon in a thigh-skimming black minidress for a shopping trip at West Hollywood store Maxfields.

Kylie teamed the tight fitting garment with a pair of matching leather heeled ankle-boots as she made her way inside for a manicure during an outing with close friend Honey Natalia.
