Today is Kenya Moore's birthday, she posted the below picture on instagram and wrote: 'I guess this is @neneleakes way of saying happy birthday!  #RHOA #HypocrasyAtItsBest #byegirl #SheTriedIt #SoNastySoRude.

The letter reads in part: 'You are hereby directed to cease and desist making any and all false and defamatory statements, which are injurious to her character and reputation.' 

NeNe and Kenya are bitter rivals on the show and have been equally vocal about their feelings for each other.
