Award winning nigerian singer songwriter Obiora Obiwon shares the inspiration behind his latest single ‘Conqueror’, an eclectic blend of pop, soul, afro and hiphop, “The melody for ‘Conqueror’ came to me in a dream while in a hospital battling for my life after a ruptured appendix. It became the sign of my victory. I fully recovered, went home and wrote this song over a period time to capture the essence of my faith and the experience.”

Obiora Obiwon debuted as a indie solo artist in 2006 but began to focus on Christian themes in 2009 after citing a moment of epiphany the previous year. His discography includes 2 EPs and 4 LP albums as well as several singles.
