UAE confirms first cases of coronavirus in family from Wuhan

The rate at which coronavirus is spreading is alarming. UAE has confirmed first case of coronavirus and it involves four  family that just returned from Wuhan, a city in China where the outbreak started from.

The UAE's Ministry of Health said on Wednesday it had diagnosed the Corona virus in the Chinese family. Those diagnosed with the virus were in stable condition and under medical observation, the ministry said in a statement carried by the state news agency WAM.

It's not immediately clear how many people have been infected by the virus but health officials are monitoring the situation. 

Corona virus has so far killed at least 132 people and infected some 6,000 others globally, surpassing the number of cases diagnosed during the SARS epidemic of 2002-2003.
