Osimhen Wins French Ligue 1 Player Of The Month

For the month of September 2019, Lille's striker, Victor Osimhen, was French Ligue 1 player of the month.

Ahead of Monaco's Islam Slimani (37 percent) second and Nantes ' Nicolas Pallois (18 percent), Osimhen had a total 45 percent of total votes.

In four league appearances in September, the 20-year-old scored two goals for Lille.

The Nigeria striker was on target as Lille's drew 2-1 with Angers SCO and had a victory over Strasbourg's 2-0.
