Nigeria Goal keeper celebrates 31th Birthday

Ikechukwu Vincent Ezenwa, Nigerian Super Eagles goalkeeper, is today 31. The goal keeper was born on 16 October 1988.

In the 2008 Summer Olympics, in which he played for Katsina Utd FC, Ikechukwu made his way towards the NigerianU-23, where he took part in the Qualifying Games.

In 2015 under his then Coach Sunday Oliseh, he finally had the chance to join Nigeria Super Eagles.

However, after the injury of Nigeria's first-choice goalkeeper Carl Ikeme, Ikechukwu was called up to be part of the Super Eagles squad in the World cup and Nations cup qualifications by present coach Gernot Rohr and he was handed the number 1 jersey and thus became the first choice goalkeeper of the Super Eagle.
