Bow Wow took to instagram to let his fans know he is not black after someone asked him who he planned to vote for in the upcoming election, Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump. HE said he has no one in mind to vote for then a fan told him its important for blacks to vote but Shad Moss went ahead and said it s not his problem oweing the fact he is not black.
