SAD! Giwa FC of Jos goalkeeper, Timothy Chichi Okere is died

 

According to AllNigeriaSoccer, Timothy Chidi Okere died yesterday May 4th 2016 after a prolonged battle with spinal cord injury he sustained two years ago and was admitted to Bida hospital. Though he was discharged but had a relapsed later.

David King, Media Officer of the team confirmed the unfortunate incident this morning and said the club was awaiting communication from the player's family on burial arrangeent.
