Bomb blast kills 32 people in Yola‎, injures 80

A blast has killed 32  people including women and children at a lorry park known as Kasuwan Tipa in Yola, Adamawa state. 

The NEMA Coordinator, Saadu Bello put the death toll at 32 while 80 got injured. The blast ‎rocked the park at about 8 pm on Tuesday  when the place  was crowded with  food sellers, petty traders as well as other low income earners who patronise the spot.  

The Police Public Relations Officer of the Adamawa State Police Command Othman Abubakar said 31 persons lost their lives in the incident while many sustained injuries.
