ALERT: Planned protest in Ikeja, Lagos State

There is a planned protest today (12/11/2015) in Ikeja the state capital, been organized by a Consumer Right Group to agitate the alleged plan by the government to upturn electricity tariffs. The protesters are to meet at Ikeja (under bridge) before proceeding to the Electricity Providers Office and the Governor’s office.

  

The said protest is likely going to cause traffic in some parts of Ikeja. Though protest is expected to be peaceful but could be hijacked by miscreants.
