The video shows a passers-by desperately trying to save the baby - which still had its umbilical cord attached.
One woman, wearing pink, puts on protective gloves and delicately tries to manoeuvre the baby onto a blanket.
after she has picked the baby up, the baby's umbilical cord is revealed.
There is also more contents in the bag which could possibly be the mother's placenta.
The video emerged on LiveLeak and is believed to have been filmed in the Philippines.
Amazingly, the baby has survived its traumatic entry into the world.
