Rita Ora almost busts out of a low-cut leather and chains ensemble as she makes a leggy arrival at Jeremy Scott party

Never one for a low-key arrival, Rita Ora stole the spotlight in a low-cut and leggy red ensemble on Tuesday night.

The platinum blonde was Stateside once again for Jeremy Scott The People's Designer's dinner in Los Angeles, where she made sure that everyone recognised her.

The 24-year-old combined quilted leather with rocky gold chains to create a feisty image that she capped off with scarlet lips and strappy sandals.
