Kylie Jenner obviously loves to experiment  with different looks so it's no shocker that Kylie Jenner has coloured her locks once again.

The 17-year-old showed off her newly bright blue tresses at the launch of the Bellami Beauty Bar in West Hollywood on Thursday.
While Kylie has had turquoise strands before, this time she opted for an icy shade, and looked very pleased with her latest 'do as she posed on the red carpet.
