There are plenty of people who like the 'fake' look, but Katella actually wants to look like a sex doll.

The 38-year-old, who was born male but had gender reassignment at 23, has since had seven breast augmentations, as well as implants in her lips, cheeks and chin.

But the busty blonde, whose boobs are currently a whopping 38H, wants to go under the knife again.

Katella, who visits her local salon once a week to have her peroxide extensions cared for, now wants to boost her assets to triple M cups.

Katella, from Minneapolis, USA, was not happy with the news and pouted her fake lips.

But the real-life doll, who goes through a gruelling three-hour beauty regime to get ready, has vowed to find some way to increase her artificial look.

She said: "I love to look plastic – most people hate me for my extreme appearance but it fuels me to get more work done.

"I think I do have an obsession with plastic surgery, but being over the top and extreme feels normal to me.

"The look I am going for is a walking blow up sex doll - it's about as fake a person as you can be."
