Probe ordered into Air Force helicopter mishap
According to News24, The Chief of Air Staff has ordered an investigation into the
accident involving one of its helicopters in Lagos on Friday morning.
The Super Puma Helicopter, on training mission in the city, at about 10am local time, returning to the Apron after the completion of the training exercise suffered severe damage due to hydraulic failure while on taxi to the Hanger.

There was no casualty recorded, however, the main Rotor debris caused damage to some ground equipment.
Consequently, the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal AN Amosu has
ordered immediate investigation to unravel the circumstances that led to
the accident," Air Commodore Dele Alonge, Air Force Director of
Relations and Information for Chief of Air Staff, confirmed.
