New couple alert! Ciara stepped out for the first time publicly with rumoured beau Russell Wilson at a state dinner at the White House in Washingon DC honouring Japanese Prime Minster Shinzo Abe and wife Akie Abe

Tuesday the rumours were seemingly confirmed as Ciara stepped out with Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson for the first time publicly.

The 29-year-old hitmaker - full name Ciara Princess Harris - was all smiles as she arrived at a special state dinner at the Booksellers area of the White House with the 26-year-old sportsman.
