Naked man climbs out of a window at Buckingham Palace

This incident was captured by a bystander who shared the video online of a naked man climbing down from a window at Buckingham Palace. hmmm  but why will a complete naked man be climbing the walls of the Queen of England's home. Though till now no comment from the Palace yet as regards the video.
