Boko Haram Kills Senior Army Officer in Cameroon

The senior Cameroonian soldier, Captain Mbene Matute, was killed by Boko Haram militants during a battle with Boko Haram members on Wednesday Feb 25, 2015. He was killed after the vehicle he was riding in with other colleagues struck a landmine, blowing up the vehicle. It happened in Gamboru, a Nigerian town.
