I really hope Willow Smith hasnt started taking weed hmmmm her parent should look into this. She is just 13years. Willow Smith was seen out in NY's Greenwich Village with her friend. The girl stopped by a vendor who was selling mostly weed paraphernalia. She bought something and walked off with Willow.
